why me?
Hi, I'm Nicole a fully qualified and registered counsellor based in Gravesend, Kent.

I offer face to face sessions (when appropriate) as well as virtual sessions (via Zoom) and telephone.
My background and training has included 6+ years of working with a range of mental health struggles and can offer integrated therapeutic counselling.
​
My unique, youthful and compassionate approach to creative and talking therapies allows people to be themselves whilst exploring the parts of themselves and their experiences that they may not yet fully understand.
I work on a person-by-person basis as one size doesn't fit all.
